Max Taylor – President and CEO: Mr. Taylor is the founder of our agency and built the concepts around how our agency functions. Mr. Taylor holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Stephen F. Austin University. Through his 33 years of operating child care centers and child nutrition programs, his knowledge and experience give him a unique perspective on the needs of our rural and impoverished communities.
Shawn Pringle – Site Operations Officer: Mr. Pringle has been with Advance Child Care since USDA first allowed Unaffiliated Sponsorships to operate in all states. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Sam Houston University, Mr. Pringle is responsible for creating all of Advance Child Care’s CACFP Marketing, Orientation, and Training programs. He has been the driving force behind how our CACFP management system is designed, which automates many of the CACFP duties for our client centers.
Amy Pringle – Chief Operations Officer: Ms. Pringle is the hardest-working individual you will ever meet. Her mastery of “putting all of the puzzle pieces together” is the main reason that Advance Child Care operates so efficiently and with a high level of compliance. It is evident that Ms. Pringle’s degree in Mathematics from Sam Houston University is based on her mastery of maintaining thousands of pages of CACFP claim data efficiently for all of our client centers. She is truly the “one behind the scene” that drive Advance Child Care’s success.
Jill Walker – Compliance Officer: Ms. Walker brings to our company the expertise of how childcare centers should be managed. She literally grew up within this agency’s own child care centers; first as a student (from age 18 months through 10 years), then as a teacher (from 18 years through 24 years), then as a center director (from 24 years through 28 years) and now as our Compliance Officer. Ms. Walker’s bubbly personality and positive attitude work well with sensitive compliance issues and allow us to create a workforce and clientele that are loyal to our agency.
